I have nearly completed my BSA Eagle Scout project for the Chickahominy Indians Eastern Division. I had delays from Hurricane Irene, the heavy continuous rains from Tropical Storm Lee, and other flash flooding that we experienced in New Kent County, Virginia. I have pushed to finish my project despite the problems that I encountered. I hope you can push this bill, H.R. 783 successfully through Congress.
