1/5/2011--Introduced.Bullying Prevention and Intervention Act of 2011 - Amends the Omnnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to:
(1) allow the use of juvenile accountability block grants for bullying prevention and intervention programs;
(2) require the Attorney General to establish voluntary guidelines for use by states and local governments in developing such programs; and
(3) authorize appropriations for FY2012-FY2016 for the juvenile accountability block grant program.
