I oppose H.R. 85: TEACH for Our Future Act of 2011 in its current form. I would be strong supporter it if it were rewritten so as not to address the same information in two different documents so that it would be easier to read. But it also has the fault of from the way it is written to not provide any guarantee that what the bill states will be accomplished. The way the bill is written, teachers who took out a loan and have worked continuously as a teacher for the last five years qualifies...
