I am writing as your constituent in the 5th Congressional district of Missouri. I ask that you oppose H.R, 96 and preventing Congress from taking over control of Internet from the FCC. There are certainly national security reasons for Internet oversight by government, but I am confident that the National Security Agency and the FBI have such controls in place.
