    This Bill could be renamed the “Assurance That Union Thugs Won’t Come Knocking At Your Door” act but the acronym doesn’t work (ATUTWCKAYD).

    Majority refers to >50% This means that if 50% do not vote in favor, a union cannot be formed, even if 49% voted in favor, and 0% voted against.

    This actually increases the ability of an employer to intimidate, as they can simply intimidate employees into NOT voting.
