Engilsh will unify the country. I can't even communicate with my neighbor. Occasionally there are issues with irrigation water delivery that need to be addressed, I have to call SRP to have them come out to remedy rather than easily explain the issue to him. Twice, when he was burning leaves and debris in his back yard (good size fire and lot of smoke). I could not communicate with him.
