5/15/2012--Introduced.Expresses the sense of Congress that:
(1) the Space Launch System and Orion Crew Capsule were authorized on October 11, 2010, but repeated delays in the implementation of a clear mission for the American space program are forcing the United States to cede its competitive edge in space flight capability to Russia and China; and
(2) this development, as well as other specified developments, present a direct threat to American exceptionalism and are actively undermining our global leadership as a nation.
