1/5/2011--Introduced.Urges:
(1) the President to issue a report clearly outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and authorities of the special assistants he has appointed (commonly referred to as "czars") and to certify to Congress that such czars will not assert powers other than those granted by statute to a commissioned officer on the President's staff; and
(2) Congress to hold hearings on such report and certification within 30 days.
