I am writing as your constituent in the 4th Congressional district of Colorado. I oppose H.J.Res.117 - Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2013, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.
This bill includes millions in aid to Libya and Egypt. I'm assuming mostly for buying more gasoline, American flags, and RPG's. This is not even close to appropriate. Our relationship with these countries is not business ...
