SECTION 1. RENEWAL OF IMPORT RESTRICTIONS UNDER BURMESE FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY ACT OF 2003.
(a) In General- Congress approves the renewal of the import restrictions contained in section 3(a)(1) and section 3A (b)(1) and (c)(1) of the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003. CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

(b) Rule of Construction- This joint resolutdivision shall be deemed to be a ‘renewal resolution’ for purposes of section 9 of the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003. CommentsClose CommentsPermalink

SEC. 2. PAYGO COMPLIANCE.The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled ‘Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation’ for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.
SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
