11/16/2011--Introduced.Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that:
(1) the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is unconstitutional in its entirety, and
(2) the Anti-Injunction Act does not apply to the penalty provision that enforces the individual mandate and thus does not preclude the federal courts from finding PPACA unconstitutional in its entirety.
