1/25/2011--Introduced.Expresses the sense of the Senate that Congress should: -eliminate tax loopholes that encourage companies to ship American jobs overseas; -expand markets for United States exports; -promote the development of new, innovative products bearing the inscription "Made in America"; - modernize and improve U.S. highways, bridges, and transit systems; - modernize and upgrade U.S. rail, levees, dams, and ports; - place computers in classrooms; -ensure that U.S. small businesses and households have access to high-speed broadband; - invest in critical new infrastructure; and - streamline U.S. regulatory policies.
