I am writing as your constituent in the 41st Congressional district of California. I oppose S.1002 - SAFE DOSES Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.
Punishment for "intent" to do something or due to "reckless disregard" opens doors to the possibility of abuse of this power. Also, the amendment added to allow wire-tapping is a huge violation of our Constitutional rights.
