I am in favor of foreign aid in the event of a life threatening catastrophe, but I do not believe that reforestation should be a focus and priority for the government. Please let private organizations handle this, and if anything, simple allow non-profits and those who focus on this to do their job. Why is Dick Durbin focusing on expanding our budget and adding new programs to an already inflated system? That seems very irresponsible.
