5/19/2011--Introduced.Commuter Benefits Equity Act of 2011 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to equalize and increase to $230, with a cost-of-living adjustment after 2011, the tax exclusion for both transportation and parking fringe benefits. Extends such benefits to federal employees.
