5/23/2011--Introduced.Amends the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to make any property otherwise in compliance with the national flood insurance program eligible for flood insurance even it has a swimming pool located at ground level or in the space below the lowest floor of a building which is enclosed with non-supporting breakaway walls after November 30 and before June 1 (outside hurricane season).
