5/25/2011--Introduced.Domestic Fuel for Enhancing National Security Act of 2011 - Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 and federal defense provisions to extend to 15 the number of years that a federal or Department of Defense (DOD) multiyear contract may be entered into in the case of the purchase of advanced biofuel. (Under current law, federal and DOD multiyear procurement contracts are limited to a five-year period.)
