Small Business Additional Temporary Extension Act of 2011 - Extends through July 31, 2011, under the same terms and conditions, the authorization for any program, authority, or provision, including any pilot program, that is currently authorized through May 31, 2011, under the Small Business Act or the Small Business Investment Act of 1958. Amends the Small Business Act (the Act) to reauthorize through FY2011 the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs of the Small Business Administration (SBA), as well as the SBA's commercialization pilot program.
