11/2/2011--Introduced.Directs the United States Trade Representative (USTR) to identify and report to the Committee on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures of the World Trade Organization (WTO) any WTO member with which this country maintains a material and persistent trade deficit that, for two consecutive years, fails to submit a notification of subsidies under the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, or omits information or includes inaccurate information in a notification material to the totality of the member's subsidies.
