Insurance of any kind is a complete scam designed to make the owners of the insurance companies rich. My auto insurance increased because they said I was in a high accident area. I have no accidents, no tickets, no DUIs. My driving record is clean. They raised my rates anyway simply because I moved to a new neighborhood. That is a scam!! Raise the rates of those at fault in the accidents and leave everyone else alone! Health insurance is the same. I have a health care savings account. $2500 deductible. If I meet my deductible this year I still have to come up with another 2500 next year if I need help. Scam.
