I am writing as your constituent in the 4th Congressional district of Wisconsin. I oppose S.1932 - A bill to require the Secretary of State to act on a permit for the Keystone XL pipeline. This pipeline has too many environmental concerns! If you allow this pipeline to be made you will be making the world worse for those yet to be born. Please think about about the future of others and not just yourself! Jeses Christ would not approve of the pipeline!
Sincerely,
Samuel Bingham
