Please co-sponsor the Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act. A similar bill has passed the House, but it is currently being held up in the Senate. The lack of these visas is having a devastating impact on technology in this country. I work for a technology consulting firm, and we are struggling to fill positions with many highly educated resources from India, who just can't legally work here. It is having a serious impact on our business and clients here in Virginia.
