I am writing as your constituent in the 3rd Congressional district of Nevada. I support S.2080 - A bill to authorize depository institutions, depository institution holding companies, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac to lease foreclosed property held by such entities for up to 5 years, and for other purposes.

These houses are just decaying and getting wrecked which lowers the property value of neighborhoods even more. I believe this would make the rental market more affordable as well.
