1/25/2011--Introduced.Homeowner Tax Fairness Act of 2011- Amends the Internal Revenue Code to:
(1) make permanent the standard tax deduction for real property taxes available to taxpayers who do not otherwise itemize their deductions; and
(2) repeal the $500 limitation on such deduction. Makes this Act applicable to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2009.
