3/31/2011--Reported to Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Limiting Investor and Homeowner Loss in Foreclosure Act of 2010 [sic] - Authorizes a bankruptcy court to establish a loss mitigation program for the negotiation of consensual alternatives to avoid foreclosure between an individual debtor and the holder of a claim secured by a security interest in the debtor's principal residence.
