SECTION 1. ESFENVALERATE TECHNICAL.

(a) In General- Heading 9902.01.45 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to (S)-cyano(3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl (S)-4-chloro-a-(1-methylethylbenzeneacetate (Esfenvalerate)) is amended by striking the date in the effective period column and inserting ‘12/31/2015’.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink
