I am writing as your constituent in the 7th Congressional district of New Jersey. I support S.3614 - Housing Assistance for Veterans Act of 2012, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org.

I am a disabled wartime veteran. I served in the Navy and was honorably discharged. It seems the HUD has incorrectly been classifying VA Aid and Attendance as an inclusionary income. VA Aid
and Attendance is an additional benefit the VA pays you for the help of an aid or attendant in your home.
