1/25/2011--Introduced.Common Sense in Consumer Product Safety Act of 2011 - Amends the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 to:(1) provide that neither any sale after the first retail sale of a children's product that exceeds the lead limit nor the repair of such a product shall be considered an introduction into interstate commerce of a banned hazardous substance under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act; and
(2) exclude as a children's product to which such lead limit applies any vehicle designed or intended primarily for children six years of age or older.
