4/5/2011--Introduced.Affirms and validates a specified patent and the associated land reconfiguration issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) as having been issued in compliance with the Nevada-Florida Land Exchange Authorization Act of 1988, the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and the Federal Land Policy Management Act of 1976 for the benefit and recovery of the desert tortoise and other species and related habitat. Ratifies:
(1) the process used by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the BLM in reconfiguring the land as shown in a specified environmental impact statement, and
(2) the reconfiguration provided for in a specified Army Corps of Engineers permit.
