Google has said that these bills will suppress innovation in the technology sector, and that will result in fewer jobs at a time when Congress should be working to add new jobs to the American workforce. Indeed, internet piracy is a problem that mu... -

I am writing as your constituent in the 22nd Congressional district of New York. I oppose S.968 - PROTECT IP Act of 2011, as well as SOPA. and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, These are not productive ways to prosecute internet copyright infringement and piracy. Not only are they unproductive, they stand in direct opposition to the values of an open society. We pride ourselves on our right to information, speech, and due process. These bills would violate all of these rights.

I am writing as your constituent in the 3rd district of Colorado.
I very strongly oppose both S.968 - PROTECT IP Act of 2011 and H.R.3261 - Stop Online Piracy Act.
These will harm not only free speech, commerce and our trade of knowledge but are unconstitutional and unacceptable, even if they had brought more benefits than detriments by their ratification.
I look forward to seeing your swift action in opposing these bills, as do my friends at CSUP and others in the Pueblo area.
Thank you ... -

You guys want to take more and more of my liberties away.
Nelson is on his way out!
I shall not vote again for Buchanen or Rubio. You guys need to be more like Ron Paul and Cut Government to the bone, and restore my freedom!
