9/11/2012--Passed House without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The expanded summary of the Senate reported version is repeated here.) Expresses the sense of Congress that:(1) the government of Taiwan should be accorded observer status in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),
(2) the U.S. government should take a leading role in garnering international support for granting Taiwan ICAO observer status, and
(3) the Department of State should brief or consult with Congress on U.S. government efforts in support of Taiwan's attainment of ICAO observer status.
