I am writing as your constituent in the 2nd Congressional district of Colorado. I support S.J.Res.29 - A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the constitution that would overturn the Supreme Court's 2010 Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission and 1976 Buckley v.
