9/8/2011--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Designates September 9, 2011, as National Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Awareness Day. Calls upon the people of the United States to observe a moment of reflection during the ninth hour of September 9, 2011, to remember that during the nine months of pregnancy a woman should not consume alcohol.
