11/14/2011--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Designates November 2011 as COPD Awareness Month. Encourages:
(1) all people of the United States to become more informed about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and get screened if they are at risk, and
(2) further partnership between the federal government and private entities to enhance patient education about COPD.
