Designates November 2011 as COPD Awareness Month. Encourages:(1) all people of the United States to become more informed about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and get screened if they are at risk, and
(2) further partnership between the federal government and private entities to enhance patient education about COPD.
