1/27/2011--Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Expresses the sense of the Senate that:
(1) the people of the United States should observe and celebrate the 150th anniversary of the admittance of the state of Kansas to the United States as the 34th state;
(2) the people of Kansas should be honored for their pioneering spirit and innovations; and
(3) there is no place like home.
