The VA Tech shooting was accomplished with 10 and 15 round magazines. A mother shot a home intruder in order to protect herself with a revolver and 6 rounds. 5 rounds hit the intruder and he still managed to run away. Limiting magazine capacity to 10 rounds hurts the law abiding citizen and their ability to defend themselves.
