I think that it is disgusting that these politicians exploit tragedies to advance their unconstitutional anti-2nd Amendment agenda. They will try to convince us that we should sacrifice safety for liberty. If we fall for their propaganda we will have neither safety nor liberty. The 2nd Amendment provides a check and balance to the Government protecting free citizens from potential tyranny. This right is not to be confused with hunting and sport. These politicians have an invested interest in disarming the public. Remember that when they say “you don’t need that to hunt.” They are not to tell us what we need or don’t need.They are to serve their country, constituents, and follow the Constitution of the United States!

Where is the actual text of the bill being proposed? I cannot imagine that these people supported or opposed a bill who’s content is unknown.

The bill text doesn’t need to be seen. It was created by a Democrat and given a cuddly name when everyone knows Democrats are for total gun control and massive govenment.

Gun control only serves to benefit the criinals and create government tyrany. Gun control has destroyed many countries while allowing tyrants to keep power. Look how well gun control worked for Hitler. The Democrats are the new Nazi party.

If you knew anything about history, you’d know that Hitler deregulated gun ownership for non-Jews. The majority of Germans backed the Nazi party, and gun ownership was never so high that any dissenters would feasibly resist – the German people were never that interested in owning a gun. The Jews were a minority in both senses of the word, and if armed, would have been hunted down and butchered even quicker than they were.

Besides which, this is an NRA-sponsored bill. If you’d even bothered to read the opening, much less even the title.

This law requires background checks for every firearm sale. Ridiculous! As, the bill’s sponsor intends, private gun sales would be nearly eliminated.

As George Washington said:

“Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence. The church, the plow, the prairie wagon, and the citizen’s firearms are indelibly related…When firearms go, all goes—we need them every hour.”

You think they would not pass a bill without knowing what is in it ! They just passed the Obama Healthcare Bill. They had no clue what was in it—-Tax increases, Gun control, and about 9,000 other things that should not have been in there. Remember this —-We have to pass the bill to know what is in it. Democrats leader. These Senators and Congressmen pass bills and have no idea what they have passed in any bill.

Moran is a member of the Feinstein gun grabber coalition. The government has no business involving themselves in lawful private transactions between CITIZENS.
