I’m quite curious to see the text of this legislation. The GPO and LOC also do not have the bill.
Hurricanes have hit the Carolinas several times in the past years and I cannot remember any kind of an aid package being needed or offered , could it be the south is better at taking care of its own? I see no reason the people/ business / cities effected by Sandy should get special treatment. I pay for a very pricey insurance policy that covers wind and hail damage I have this because I live within 50 miles of the beach. So what is keeping all of the northern property owners from doing the same?
