I support H.R.25 - Fair Tax Act of 2013, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.
In accordance with the US Constitution paying of income tax is supposed to be voluntary not mandatory as it is today. And back in 1913 only 1% of the American households even paid an income tax.
