I am writing as your constituent in the 8th Congressional district of Virginia. I oppose H.R.292 - New Columbia Admission Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

It may be time for Congress to repeal the Home Rule Charter and return the governance of the District of Columbia to the federal Government where it belongs.
