I oppose H.R.319 - To amend the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to provide for an expedited process for increasing the statutory limit on the public debt., and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability. Raising the Debt Limit should never come before a fiscally responsible balanced budget which is adhered to!
