Thats funny i use cannibus for treating neuropathic pain, ptsd, and a few other ailments. I rarely drink more than a few beers, i dont gamble. And i dont smoke and drive or drink and drive. And since when did freedom have anything to do with trying to tell others how to live. Who the heck do you think you are, what makes you think you have the right to judge another or tell them how to live. I am a combat veteran and i fought for my freedom and my right to chose what is best for me. And if tou dont like it pilgrim then move to a communist country, it would fit your opinion better

SHAME on All You SENATORS , CONGRESS Representatives for changing the Illegal Status on the Drug Marijuana Law. Just as SMOKING LEADS TO ALCOHOL AND ALCOHOL leads to a GAMBLING LIFESTYLE. There are more DEATHS DUE to DRINKING ALCOHOL than any other DEATH. SMOKING AND ALCOHOL AND Gambling is a terrible lifestyle which will Destroy many lives!!!!WHY WAS GAMBLING AND BOOZE AND MARIJUANA ILLEGAL NOT TOO LONG AGO HERE IN AMERICA!WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR CHILD GETS HIT AND KILLED BY A PERSON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL or MARIJUANA SMOKING.THAT REALLY HAPPENS WITH THE STUFF.WAKE UP AMERICA SMELL THE EVIL OF IT!!IT JUST MIGHT HAPPEN TO ONE OF YOU TOO.

Cannabis shall be removed from CSA “Schedule I”, and placed in “CSA Subchapter I, Part A, ยง802. Definitions, paragraph (6)”, appended to the list “distilled spirits, wine, malt beverages, or tobacco”, where it will STILL be the least-toxic in the category [by several orders of magnitude].

In other words, EXEMPT from CSA scheduling.

Anything short of THAT is UNACCEPTABLE.

It’s time for America to stand up and just say no more. We have been loosing this war on drugs since day one. Just like prohibition of alcohol only served to create criminals and criminal empires, cannabis prohibition helps put it in the hands of children and terrorists alike.

The American war on drugs is over. Let our voices be heard and from state to state we can call a ceasefire and stop wasting time and money on this “war”.

Let’s get this bill moving forward, it has been in committee for too long. With over 800,000 marijuana arrests each year that alone says this issue of probation needs to be addressed.

Hemp/Cannabis can be made into over 10,000 things , including oil , fabric , electricity , building materials , energy , medicine , food , and so much more. Never in a million years could we produce enough hemp/cannabis in the USA to provide all that we demand from every one of the industries . We import millions of dollars annually to compensate what we can not provide in all major industries . We can use this God given , all natural plant to heal our planet , people , and economy . Legalization and marketing of this beneficial plant will allow us to affectively cut down the need for foreign import to a tiny percentage . Please , do some research and learn for yourself that this drug has been a medicine for tens of thousands of years and it has been miss scheduled since a racist people used fear , stupidity , and yellow journalism to outlaw it under a different name in 1937, against the AMA doctors recommendation . Thank You in advance.

Please tell me more on how you guys will consider our views on this if it makes it to senate. uhhmm we kinda need you people to do your job for us and help it get to senate .. don’t just wish us luck and give us a reply that you probably didn’t even type. If you consider what we our views and support on this bill then help us get it to senate dont offer us help IF it does. we dont need that atm. kk thank you. without voices from people we trust enough to elect to represent us, we cant win, and also let the wrong people get to where they are! -every logical citizen to ever exist

Doesn’t mean much to me, as I’m in a state that supports strict marijuana prohibition. Hopefully it serves as a step to legalizing marijuana on the federal level.
