Please end the prohibition on marijuana, while I do not endorse the use I can see the many negative side effects of this law. Marijuana prohibition created gang wars seeking to earn a profit, and does not stop use at all. In the Netherlands marijuana has been decriminalized, yet we have a marijuana use rate more than double theirs. Please vote YES on this legislation.
