This bill will not live to make it to the President. Not even the Senate.
Don’t forget that April 22 is protest day for the new CISPA. Let me reiterate what I said last year:
We will never be ready for Internet censorship. This bill is overly broad, and therefore it is too ridiculous. It is very important that you should oppose this bill and save the Internet!
It already has made it to the Senate. This bill, in this form, passed the House last year. We need to do more. We need to stop it and kill it in the House this time around and make it clear that We the People will not stand for this sort of thing. Would be nice to also send the message that donating lots of money to representatives is a waste of time and money as we still won’t let such crap bills through.
I don’t imagine CISPA passing in its current form. I think eventually, this bill will go down.
It passed again… >.>
We need to rally up some support ASAP… It’s hard to protest in the wake of the recent tragedies I agree
However, we cannot allow another to happen, if CISPA passes, I WILL do all that I can to prevent it from tracking me… even if it means time in jail
justACitizen5 your opinion is the logical one, unfortunetly it seems our country is lacking, from top to bottom.
If the Democrats had NOT voted for this bill, it would NOT have passed! Sad day for Americans, another loss of liberties, rights – not enough attention on Open Congress ;-( I am at fault too ;-(
