I oppose S.336 - Marketplace Fairness Act of 2013, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.
I am a CPA and I have small business clients that will be required to pay multi-state sales tax under this bill. I don't believe they will be able to continue in their businesses should this bill pass. The only way they will be able to sell is if they sell their product through Amazon which will mean a reduced margin ... -
