Now, let us do a lifetime “yield” of a single H-1B worker and get an idea of the whole scam, shall we?

Assuming that the indentured worker a.k.a. H-1B holder, gets up to “portability stage (where he/she can switch jobs)” in 6 years, what is the lifetime yield of each H-1B visa employee? During these 6 years, the H-1B holder is screwed.

Now let us calculate…
For each H-1B employee, the lifetime yield:
1 H-1B visa holder * 6 years till portability * 30,000 in reduced wages/ year = $180K.

For 1 million H-1B holders (“conservative estimate” of visas issued over last 15 years):
1 million H-1B * 6 years till portability * 30,000 in reduced wages/ year = $180 BILLION!!

Now, that is what you call a gravy train :) Each H-1B holder approximately yields $200K for the middlemen and “STEM worker shortage wolf criers a.k.a tech firms” (thru reduced wages).

Sad to think that this is how slaves were quantified not long ago in this country. Tragic.

emcee 03/30/2014 7:59pm

In case the links above gets removed from the above sites (they WILL BE REMOVED/REWORDED as soon as the scams are found out :)), here is the jist … but then again, since there is no investigative journalism in the USA/no one is looking/it is all a big SELL OUT, it is here for your viewing pleasure..

Country : US

Location : New Jersey

Industry : IT

Process : H1B

Desired Profile

The candidate should have excellent communication skill and the clients Will be like …

We will charge Candidate $2000 for Visa Processing .

emcee 03/30/2014 7:51pm

This is another job posting for H-1B where the fee for H-1B visa processing will be paid by the employee:) Good one for laughs. Well these fees were paid by the employer of H-1B candidates because they cannot find candidates in the USA, Yes/No ?? Tragic.

http://jobsearch.naukri.com/job-listings-US-Calling-IT-Professionals-for-H1B-Pinnacle-Technology-United-States-U-S—2-to-7-050314000754?xz=1_0_3&xo=&xp=1&xid=139622287748383600&qjt=&qp=H-1B+2000&id=&f=-050314000754

Abuse like this has been happening EVERY DAY and EVERY YEAR for the last 15 years (since the H-1B visa was introduced) and the response has been: Nothing to look here, move along bozo, we have STEM worker shortages in USA :)

There are more H-1B visas issued over the last 15 years (100K H-1B visas * 15 years = 1.5 Million) than the TOTAL NUMBER OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERS IN THE USA!!

If it weren’t for the fact that this is so tragic and how it has affected people’s lives, this would be laughable.

emcee 03/30/2014 6:44pm

Even more fun stuff where salary is advertised in local currencies (which have many zeroes to confuse people and hopefully the DOL :))

http://jobsearch.naukri.com/job-listings-BIW-Engineer-US-with-H1B-visa-only-Apply-V-Accurate-Management-Services-United-States-U-S—3-to-8-110314004062?xz=1_0_5&xo=&xp=35&xid=139621718112694100&qjt=&qp=H-1B&id=&f=-110314004062

Again the conversion rate of this currency to US dollar is 1 to 60. So it is job which pays, wait for it, drum roll please, $10K to $25K US dollars per year in the US!!. This is BELOW POVERTY WAGES FOR H-1B.

So had your fill of BEST AND BRIGHTEST YET? How can there be no fraud in this system? nvestigative jouralism in the US is dead, reporters just parrot whatever everyone says instead of digging into data. When you do, you find stinkers like this.

emcee 03/30/2014 6:26pm

For your viewing pleasure (These reports were filed by leading reporter many years back, but the lobbying is so strong, it is all dismissed and US STEM workers SOLD OUT)

So H-1B jobs are for the best and brightest eh.,
Look at the job post below and look at the wages and weep.
The wages advertised below are 50K to 60K for an experienced Software Engineer.
Wait a minute, I thought US firms were having difficulty finding people and hence the need for H-1B candidates.. So the best and brightest in the US will come to US on H-1B and will be paid 50K/year. Hmm.. What is that smell?
It is $25/hour job (assuming the engineer only works 2000 hours per year) for BEST AND BRIGHTEST

You can also go to

and then enter “H-1B” in the search field and read the pay rates and weep.

Even more worst things (and lower wages around $10/hour to $20/hour) can be seen at

in reply to molonlabe Jan 25, 2014 11:11pm

I have read major portions of it and commented on it. This is a job killer bill. See comment sin Section 4101.

molonlabe 01/25/2014 11:11pm

1200 pages is way too long for any legislation. How could anyone read this monstrosity?

emcee 01/11/2014 12:02pm

In order to justify this US STEM worker sellout through H-1B visas, a spin doctor “who is not good at math or statistics but will look so due to his credentials” is brought out. This spin doctor will argue that around “30% of tech firms formed in the last 10 years were started by H-1B immigrants”. Now use logic, math and statistics and see what is wrong with the above argument. Let us say 10,000 US tech firms were created in the last 10 years, and 3,000 of those has an H-1B immigrant founder (30%). Now, Wait for it….
What this means is that 3000 immigrants out of 1 million (100K H-1B visas/year * Last 10 years = 1 Million tech H-1B visas in last 10 years) have started a firm in the US. So, 3000/1 Million IS NOT 30%, but ONLY 0.3%. I am pretty sure the ratio of US citizens who start their own business is comparable or higher to this percentage. H-1B is a Superb money siphoning trick from US STEM workers to the top 1%. By my calculation atleast $30B per YEAR.

emcee 01/11/2014 11:40am

It is VERY hard to create a single STEM job (not just in US but in any country). PLEASE THINK AS A BUSINESSMAN. If you need to create a US STEM worker job which pays around $100K/year, that employee would have to produce valuable stuff worth around $150K/year and then taking out the expenses, the company will make a profit of around 20% (avg US computer industry net profit margin). Producing $150K/year worth of valuable stuff is pretty hard to do. Instead of encouraging US students, politicians have decided to “sell out US STEM workers” by giving out STEM jobs like candies with H-1B. It is truly pathetic. Will a drug company invest in R&D and produce life saving drugs if there was no patent protection? Will top US students take up STEM profession if the jobs and wages are destroyed by H-1B visas due to artificial shortage cries from tech firms? This is the reason why top US students DO NOT want to pursue STEM fields. STEM is the 21st century Manufacturing industry. ALL GONE FROM US!

emcee 01/11/2014 11:12am

Of course when the US STEM workers in the US are replaced with H-1Bs, this is bound to happen.

http://news.yahoo.com/infosys-lifts-outlook-improving-outsourcing-demand-101732504—sector.html

emcee 01/11/2014 10:54am

The biggest joke (and the tragedy unleashed on US STEM workers) of this bill will be seen when you look at just one tech firm in the US, Hewlett Packard (which is part of the Information Technology Industry Council, now wait for it… is a supporter of this bill, which should be no surprise to people who can think on their own). Just in 2013, this single firm laid off 40K full time employees. As every one in US knows, usually the lay off of contractors in these firms will be even more. So taking 60K contractors as an approx #, this firm has laid off approx. 100K people from its US STEM workforce in just one year (2013) and is trying to bring in more people on H-1B so that they can lay off their entire US STEM workforce. Truly sadistic bunch.

emcee 12/24/2013 12:37am

Not just this party, all political parties in US, as long as they can get reelected and get 175K/year with indexed pension and healthcare for their families :) The job that this bozo (and all bozos do in Congress) can be outsourced for way less money, may be we should have a CONGRESS-1B visa, how about that.

emcee 12/24/2013 12:34am

And again, this party is selling out your kids’ future (Yes, the kidwho is in top 10% or 5% of his/her class, works hard, tries to make something of him/her self (in any country for that matter, since u cannot get into CS or EE program without being in the top 10% of any class in any country, it is just hard work)) for campaign contribution saying that firms can’t find qualified candidates while resumes from US citizens are piling up in the company servers… May be this site should be named “closedcongress.org”. I sincerely hope google indexes this site so that the lazy US citizen bozos will find this on their “google search”.

emcee 12/24/2013 12:18am

May be I wasn’t clear, Yes, one BOZO making MORE THAN 5 times the US median FAMILY income (again, these are not very qualified people), you can outsource this whole lot for MUCH cheaper and they would do a MUCH BETTER job.

emcee 12/24/2013 12:14am

You American Citzen Bozos, WAKE UP!! These guys are making $175K outsourcing ur jobs to 3rd world countries and ur just happy to watch reality TV shows and get ObamaCare :) (The bills in congress are where the 4 horseman of the apocalypse converge (and loot everyone else), the congressmen, the WallStreet, the Insurance Mafia and the Doctor Mafia). Everyone of those 4 horsemen make 5 times more than the median income of the the US family (yes, One person making MORE than the ENTIRE MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME in US)

emcee 12/08/2013 8:33pm

How about we propose H-1B for doctors in US? Since we have a shortage of doctors, let us import some H-1B Doctors who are slave drivers? Many people have seen US citizens go bankrupt ‘cos of medical bills ’cos the doctors in us ARE WAY OVERPAID. NO US CITIZEN that I know of has gone bankrupt ’cos of high price of Software, But this won’t happen ‘cos AMA (American Medical association, i.e., Doctor’s Union) is WAY TOO POWERFUL. There are WAY TOO MANY of these members in the top 1%, so the “siphon wealth from chumps” game will continue in medical field. So the congress strategy is “choose poor victims who cannot fight back”, put in euphemism like “best and brightest” (wages are ALL < 100K for the H-1B visa candidates who are the “best and brightest”), while no doctor would even look at you for less than $200 bucks for 10 mins. Yes, the game will go on..

emcee 12/08/2013 8:24pm

If ur wondering why TPP is all “behind closed doors” this is a reason. No one can even find out what is in it :)

emcee 12/08/2013 8:21pm

One more bill for investigative journalists:
H.R.459 – STEM Visa Act of 2013

This bill seems to be cleverly written. Taken care to avoid using the term “H-1B” or other keywords to find what is going on. Looks like Sec 3 is the “goods (and profit) delivery and US Citizen STEM worker sellout” section. Someone should count the total # of visas which are being “re-purposed” by counting the visas which are being “re-purposed” and see what that number comes out to.
That number/year * 4 WILL BE => # of US citizen STEM worker job loss/year

Investigative journalism in America seems to be dead, but if u have the time, please find this. Why lobbyists win: ’cos a few people will make excessive amounts thru H-1B, so they spend a lot of time and effort trying to get “free money”, but the loss is distributed over a large segment of US population.

emcee 12/08/2013 12:49pm

See all these bills one by one to APPRECIATE how cleverly the system is designed, how the #s are fudged (not just in one bill but in many bills to increase the odds of passing).
S.744- Section 4101 (SubSection (9)(A)(ii) and (9)(A)(iii))
H.R.2131 – SKILLS Visa Act (Read Section 201 and google for U.S.C. 1184)
S.169 – I-Squared Act of 2013 (Read Section 101, Subsection (9)(A)(ii) and (9)(A)(iii))

Readers/Reporters: Please search and add to above list is possible

Most people would not object to issuing H-1B visa to foreign students who completed MS and Phd degress in STEM fields (For this u just need 20K visas/year = 50 US states * 10 univ/state * 40 foreign MS and Phd STEM students / univ)
and this is MOSTLY GOOD for US.

But why would anyone import H-1B slaves directly? => ’cos it is the 21st century slave trade+profitable+wall st greed

H-1B is “real life hunger games” in US for STEM workers. Once TPP is signed behind closed doors, get ready to be in “perpetual poverty”.

emcee 12/08/2013 12:04pm

This bill is the 21st century slave trade in action. Most profitable business EVER in the world.

TOTAL US SOFTWARE ENGG = 1M (100K will inc TOTAL supply by 10% EVERY YEAR)
Wage inflation in Software profession = 0% for the last 15 years
Unemployment > 7% (highest in engineering professions in US)
Underemployment > 20% (many US Citizens just cannot work for slave wages)

Have a fake hearing on how to solve unemployment in US. Great work guys.

H-1B workings:
For every H-1B visa
{
Pay $30K less per H-1B visa/year (wages + insurance savings)
Fire 4 times older US Citizens (why 4 times ? – ’cos 1 H-1B visa employee is a slave driver who drives a min of 5 to 10 slaves in 3rd world)
Let taxpayers take care of mess
No corp taxes to take care of mess => Irish + Dutch + Cayman
}

Siphon off $3B /year by doing no work from taxpayers to Corps.
$3B = $30K/H-1Bvisa/year * 100K visa/year

US citizens => u can complain to DOL :)

“Tibetan Refugee Assistance Act”? Are you kidding me? I read the first 500+ pages of this monstrosity… I also took the PDF file of this bill, and performed a word search for “Tibetan”. There is was on page 697! I guess I didn’t read far enough! What the heck?? Why TIBET, of all countries? Where’s the reference to any other specific country? Like France? Nope!

Americafirst 07/10/2013 2:17am

And how are they going to oppress all the displaced US CITIZENS that will result from this bill for the next 20 years.

More like its time to try the traitors that passed this bill and take America Back FOR AMERICANS.

Just last night I had to chase out foreign criminals from my private pool……
his excuse was " nobodys perfect" LMAO……..

it’s too long and there’s not a good summary. No way my reps plan on reading the whole thing before voting on it and if they’re not gonna read it they shouldn’t vote for it, and neither will I.

xcrissxcrossx 05/26/2013 11:40pm

I know it’s supposed to be comprehensive but it is way too long.

Oldentimes 05/24/2013 7:08pm

I watched the Senate Immigration Committee turn down reasonable common sense amendments submitted by Senators Cruz, Grassley, Sessions, Cornyn and others one after another backed by some lame reasoning. This bill will only achieve to stimulate fraud and abuse of the immigration system and encourage use of the welfare system. It seems to be about achieving an impenetrable fence around cheap foreign labor and to secure the welfare state of the un-informed voter base at the expense of the American working tax payer using amnesty as the excuse, distraction and the bait. It seems to encourage new waves of illegal immigrants to replace the legalized and assure them and their employers protections once they get here. This bill is unconscionable, a travesty and destructive to the core of America! If this bill ever sees the light of day it cannot be un-done…..

It’s just obvious that you can’t have free immigration and a welfare state.

this bill is nothing which was promised

NO on S.744

Oldentimes 05/24/2013 7:04pm

Americas population is 316 million and counting…… They are trying to convince us we do not have any “Best & Brightest” who are smart enough for the “High Skilled” labor market ?? That our workers do not have the ability compete in the global economy? Really? They just need an equal playing field….AND THEY WILL SHINE!
