I am writing as your constituent in the 1st Congressional district of Utah. I oppose H.Con.Res.59. I do not believe we should be assisting other nations with their defensive needs. The united states does not have the financial resources at the time to be defending other people. The money put forth to this effort would be better spent defending our own boarders from drug traffickers.
