    these congressmen are such cowards. Some of these people are only paid by bonuses – they have been working for virtually nothing and the bonus was their whole paycheck. This is just a sham to cover up the stupidity of the TARP in the first place. If they had let the companies go into bankruptcy, everything including the bonuses would have been re-negotiated, and it would all be overseen by a judge. Letting these fools ‘oversee’ something and we get…what… oh…that’s right, just general stupidity. The congressmen should have seen this before they gave over the funds. Don’t make the people who are probably hard working just like you and me, pay for their mistakes. If I had a contract that said I was supposed to get ‘x’ amount, I wouldn’t want the government to come in after the fact and say I couldn’t have it. Would you? This is all just a sham and a coverup.
