Government is too BIG please clean it up and repeal this horrible bill and the tax revisions in it.

I think this bill is important in positioning candidates for the 2012 elections. The Senate races will be critical in 2012 and many more democrats will be vulnerable this time around and might tip power toward small-government candidates. I’ll even support a small-government Democrat over a big-government Republican.

I support repeal as a first step and then reducing regulation such as opening the markets to out of state carriers. And tax-breaks for individuals like tax-free health-savings accounts would also help. Free market solutions will win in the end.

    Flynnfree,

The bill could have definite effects upon the 2012 election cycle. You mentioned that many more Dems will be vulnerable. To be precise, there are 21 Dems who voted for Obamacare the first time around who are up for reelection in 2012. You can bet that at least a few of them will give some thought to jumping ship and voting for the repeal measure. When combined with all the Republicans in the Senate, it would only take four of these 21 to pass the bill in the Senate and send it to President Obama. A Presidential Veto on the repeal measure would be quite a tool for the Republican Party in 2012.

The name of this bill makes me laugh. What’s next the Repeal of Baby Kill Act and the Democrats Suck Act? It’s Republican fear mongering at their best.

Obamacare has to be repealed. It dose nothing about the cost of health care! Health Insurance is from the Insurance industry. Health Care is from the Health Care industry. Two differant Industries. The cost of health care is what I pay when I go to the doc. or hospital. Insurance is money I would be giving away.

Do you really believe repealing this bill will reduce your Health Insurance Premiums? Please! Give me a break, if you’ve already proven your willingness to pay for a higher premium, then the insurance company is not going to reduce it, if this is taken away.

Just like prices at the pump, price for crude went down, but the price at the pump hasn’t changed to match.

Besides, it’s just business. Right? Right!

No Republican voted for the healthscare bill/tax.
This bill was written, passed, and forced on the citizens corruptly.
Yes, repeal – there is no way of making something so obviously a federal power grab anything near reform.
We’re not in a free America if people are forced to buy an inferior product, that they passionately do not want.

The problem with socialism is sooner or later you run out of other peoples’ money. – may not be exact, but thought is from Margaret Thacher

It just shows how real antagonistic the Republicans are. Eric Cantor doesn’t have a job to serve the American People, his job is to be a Thorn on Obama’s Administration. That’s the one, true, absolute purpose in his life. In fact, if Obama finally suffers, I bet he can die a happy man.
