Propane Green Autogas Solutions Act of 2011 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend through 2016:
(1) the excise tax credits for alternative fuels and fuel mixtures for any sale or use involving liquefied petroleum gas (propane),
(2) the new qualified alternative fuel motor vehicle tax credit for vehicles powered by liquefied petroleum gas, and
(3) the alternative fuel vehicle refueling property tax credit for property relating to liquefied petroleum gas.
